Single-Family Residence West Point Grey Vancouver, B.C.	Entry (South) Elevation	This unique, single family residence is located on a steeply sloping site with spectacular views of downtown Vancouver, the North Shore and Bowen Island.

	Front Entry Detail	The building was constructed using a typical wood frame structure with exposed, curved glulam roof beams. Exterior finishes include a granite base, horizontal cedar lap siding and zinc employed as both wall cladding and roof finish. The fir windows used have a resilient exterior painted finish and a clear interior finish exposing the natural grain of the wood.
