This 10,000 square foot single family residence is situated on a large, heavily treed lot in West Point Grey near the University of British Columbia.
The basement and first floors of this house were constructed of structural coloured concrete, the base of which was textured with a bush hammered finish. The second floor was built of steel stud construction with a stucco exterior finish. Other features include an inverted roof with zinc soffit, stained glass clerestory and an extensively landscaped site.
