This project was designed to incorporate an existing heritage structure: the Canadian Linen Building. A heritage agreement with the City of Vancouver allowed for the retention and preservation of the single storey building. A loft-style residential tower was added above the heritage building and three levels of underground parking below. The retail component at the street level was designed for the combined use of a market and restaurant.
